Tae Kwon Do

I signed Alden and Eli up for a month Tae Kwon Do lessons.  Their first class went great.  Our neighbor friend, Gideon, is taking the class too.

It was a little tough keeping these two entertained for 45 minutes of class.

But the boys absolutely loved it.

They burned off plenty of energy.

 And learned some cool moves, too.  At one point, they were doing this kicking/punching sequence on their instructor, one at a time.  Both the boys faces were just beaming when they were each done.  It was fun to see them having that sense of accomplishment.
