The kids played soccer again this spring with the same league they played with last fall. They had fun, even though a couple of the weeks were pretty bitterly cold. Jaron only got to come to one game and I had him snap some pictures of the kids when he did since it's tough to take pictures while constantly struggling to keep a wiggly toddler from chasing the game ball.
That dribble down the field actually ended up in Alden's first goal. We missed capturing the moment on camera because we were living it but his reaction was pretty fun:
Eli's not too shabby at the sport. He probably seems to enjoy it the most of all the kids.
Jaron thought this picture was cool since neither of Eli's feet are on the ground:
I thought this picture was pretty funny:
Gracen was eager to sign up for soccer, but not so eager to play, even from week one. They finish every game with a snack, though, so that was motivation enough for her to at least attempt playing each game.
I feel like this picture pretty much sums up 3-4 year old soccer (Gracen is #32 in the middle). For the most part, everyone does their own thing, with short spurts of everyone following the ball. Haha.
And this little guy is everyone's biggest fan. He loves to collect all the balls he can find and load them into our stroller, clapping for himself after each one. Love him!
